About this Recipe
Looking for a great way to get Mitopure into your daily routine. We love to put it in chia to have for breakfast or snack. You can also alternate making this with Mitopure Berry flavor.

Ingredients:
-
1/2 cup chia seeds
-
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
-
4 Mitopure Ginger Timeline Packet
-
2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-
A pinch of sea salt
-
Shredded coconut and sliced almonds for garnish and fruit of your choice (optional)
Directions
Prepare the Ginger Infused Coconut Milk:
- Whisk thMitopure Ginger Timeline Packets and coconut milk together in a medium bowl until completely dissolved.
- Whisk chia seeds, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Pour the ginger-infused coconut milk over the chia seed mixture and whisk well to avoid clumps.
- Let the mixture sit for a few minutes and then whisk again to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
Chill and Set:
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
Serve:
- Once the chia pudding has set, give it a good stir to break up any clumps.
- Spoon the pudding into serving glasses or bowls.
Garnish:
If desired, garnish the pudding with shredded coconut and sliced almonds for added texture and flavor.
