Sun Goddess Matcha

Directions

  • Prepare Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients needed for the smoothie. You’ll need:

    1 dragon fruit flesh
    1 ripe banana
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
    1 cup coconut water
    2 tablespoons chocho protein powder
    2 scoops Synbiotic Powder
    1 cup ice cube

  1. Peel and Cut Dragon Fruit: Slice the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh using a spoon. Cut the flesh into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  2. Combine Ingredients in Blender: Place the prepared dragon fruit flesh, ripe banana, frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut water, chocho protein powder, Synbiotic Powder, and ice cubes into a blender.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Secure the blender lid tightly and blend the ingredients at high speed until smooth and creamy. This typically takes 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
  4. Check Consistency: After blending, check the consistency of the smoothie. If it’s too thick, you can add more coconut water to reach your desired thickness.
  5. Serve Immediately: Once the smoothie reaches the desired consistency, pour it into glasses and serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and vibrant flavors.

Enjoy!: Sip and savor the delicious Gut Friendly Dragon Fruit Smoothie with Chocho Protein Powder as a refreshing breakfast or a post-workout pick-me-up, relishing in its nourishing goodness and tropical flavors.
