About this Recipe
There are snacks, and then there are snacks that elevate your taste buds to a whole new level. At Daily Dose we love cleaner versions of your favorite ones and Masa ticks our boxes with their homemade, oil-free, simple ingredient chips that are the perfect side crunch to your guacamole.

• 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• Juice of 2 limes
• 1 to 2 tablespoons rose harissa paste (adjust to taste)
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and extra cilantro for garnish
Directions
- Start by cutting the avocados in half and removing the pits. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocados to your desired level of creaminess. Some like it chunky, while others prefer it smoother.
- Add the finely diced red onion, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, lime juice, rose harissa paste (start with 1 tablespoon and adjust to your preferred level of spiciness), ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocados.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. If you prefer it spicier, add more rose harissa paste; if it needs more acidity, squeeze in additional lime juice.
- Once your Rose Harissa Guacamole is perfectly seasoned, cover it with plastic wrap, pressing it directly against the surface of the guacamole to minimize air exposure. This helps keep it fresh and vibrant.
